Orders + Returns

We adore creating things that you will wear and use and love. We want you to be thrilled with each item you order. However, right now the items in our shop are printed on demand, so no returns are possible. Please read the following policies carefully.

Sizes vary from brand to brand. Please use the size guide included in each item, to make sure you order the size best for you.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Cancellations + Order changes |  The timeline from ordering to printing is very short. However, if you need to cancel or make changes and we see your request before your order is processed, we are happy to cancel your order for a full return. If you order has begun processing, no cancellations or changes are possible.  

Please contact us as soon as possible so we can make these changes before your order has begun printing.  Contact Heather (hello@smittenitaly.co) 

Can I return or exchange my order?

Sadly, there are No Returns or Exchanges. Each item you order is printed on demand, just for you! At this time no returns are possible, unless items are damaged (see below for our policy on damaged items)

When will my order be shipped?

After you place your order, your items usually print and get shipped within 5-7 business days.

Do you guarantee shipping times?

We cannot guarantee shipping or arrival dates. We adore our printing partners and trust them to carefully create, package and ship your items in a timely manner. 

Free Shipping

If you have a free domestic shipping coupon code or offer, your package will be sent USPS First Class Mail. If you need your item more quickly, you can pay for Priority mail.

International Shipping:

Please note: International customers may be subject to import fees, taxes and duties according to your country’s import policies. These policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for any specific information on import policies and fees. Smitten Italy + Co.  is not responsible for international customs fees, taxes, import duties or any fees associated with collecting these charges.


What happens if my order is lost or damaged by the shipping provider?

Lost Items

We're not responsible for any errors made by the shipping provider. However, if your package has not been received within three weeks of receiving your shipping notification email please contact us and we will follow up with our shipping service and/or help you with information needed to file a claim with the provider. Please contact Heather (hello@smittenitaly.co)

If a package is returned because the address provided to us was incorrect, we are not responsible for the cost of re-shipping it. We will contact the buyer for the correct address, and the buyer will need to re-pay shipping before we will send the package again.

If delivery is refused or a package is unclaimed for any reason, the order will not be refunded.

Damaged Items

Each item is checked for quality assurance and carefully packaged. If any of your order items are damaged during primary shipping (from our printing facility to your address) please contact us for assistance in getting a replacement. 

Please send an email to Heather (hello@smittenitaly.co) and include the following:

  • A photo of the packaging that is damaged
  • A photo of the item(s), if damaged.
  • A photo of your packing slip included with the package, which needs to also show your order number.

What happens if my order is incorrect?

We strive to make no errors, but occasionally human error pops up. If you receive a wrong item, or have something missing from your order, let us know so we can help! 

>> Please open and inspect your items as soon as you receive them.

Please notify us within 7 business days of receiving your package if there is anything wrong with your order with the following:

  • A photo of the packaging from your order.
  • A photo of the item(s) that were incorrectly sent to you.
  • A photo of your packing slip included with the package, which needs to also show your order number and itemize the correct items that you did not receive.

We cannot honor changes outside of the time frames stated within our policies.
